Hoang reflects on a 4-year journey within the mining industry. Commencing his career in the laboratory of a prestigious multinational company, he delved into the realms of flotation, solvent extraction, and leaching as a lab technician and metallurgical intern.

Hoang further honed his expertise within the mining sector while serving at a renowned water treatment company, catering to clients in gold, zinc, and copper.

Driven by his passion for Metallurgy, Hoang eventually embraced his role as an operations metallurgist at IMO in which he will traverse numerous processing plants across Australia.
Each new site will not only allow him to apply his metallurgical acumen to various ores but also expose him to a spectrum of management styles, expanding his professional network in preparation for forthcoming challenges.
