Lia has gained significant experience in gold, base metals, graphite and high purity alumina during her time with IMO.  Lia is an integral part of the IMO team, being involved with countless studies from sighter level through feasibility studies as well as flotation, hydrometallurgical and pyrometallurgical pilot plants.

Throughout her time with IMO Lia has also undertaken onsite commissioning and de-bottle necking projects in gold, iron ore and base metals. Providing her with an appreciation for processing requirements which she has translated back into scoping and executing studies.

Lia has an ongoing commitment to professional development, continual growth and knowledge which she displays through her attention to detail and thorough planning and execution of all levels of work, whether working on projects or participating in industry events.
