Dave possesses an unparalleled passion for metallurgy and has garnered rich experience in the field for almost 30 years. A cofounding member of the IMO group in 1998, Dave has worked across the globe in metallurgical operations, laboratory management, and consulting. 

His experience as a test-work scoping professional, coupled with expertise in managing projects, operations, and contracts, gives him a unique understanding of the entire lifecycle of each mining project. 

Dave holds a BSc in Metallurgy and serves as a director in several private and listed companies within the mining industry, enabling him to relate effectively with clients and understand their perspective on mining-related issues.
