With 19 years under his belt and a Fellowship in AusIMM, Dr Andrew Dowling brings a wealth of experience to optimizing mineral processing across the board. From base metals (nickel, copper, lead, zinc) to precious metals (silver, gold), he’s tackled diverse projects at Australian mines, expertly designing, reviewing, upgrading, and fine-tuning polymetallic base metals processing plants.

Andrew’s technical prowess extends beyond design. He skillfully designs, manages and reports on test programs, ensuring data-driven decisions up to the DFS level. A champion of challenge, Andrew thrives in inclusive environments where collaboration fuels innovation.
