Alex has played an integral role in the IMO team over the last decade with diverse experience undertaking roles ranging from onsite operation, project consulting, metallurgical laboratory management through to his current role as general manager, overseeing both the consulting and operations teams within the business. 

Through these roles Alex has developed vast onsite experience being involved in process plant commissioning, decommissioning and optimisation projects spanning a range of commodities.

Alex has extensive experience in scoping, pre-feasibility and feasibility studies across the globe alongside having managed numerous pilot plant projects from design through to construction, commissioning and operation. Alex brings an innovative approach to process optimisation and a unique outlook to tackling the challenges of today’s mining industry.
