We are thrilled to share the initial outcomes of our metallurgical testing on ore from the Liontown prospect within the Ravenswood Consolidated Project, located in the mineral-rich region around Charters Towers, Queensland.

Here, in close proximity to the zinc and copper refining hub of Townsville, Sunshine Metals is actively exploring for copper and gold.

Simulating conditions of the close-by Pajingo Gold Operation, our preliminary metallurgical testwork has yielded impressive results, with gold recoveries reaching 99.4% and copper recoveries hitting 95.2%! These figures highlight the potential of the Liontown prospect as we move towards more extensive evaluations.

We eagerly anticipate contributing to continued success and high-quality results for Damien Keys and his dedicated team in the upcoming months, as we carry out ongoing testing at our state-of-the-art “Metallurgy” laboratory in Welshpool.
